当今世界唯一不变的就是变化。伴随全球性竞争、经济转型、供需矛盾、市场波动等变化，商业企业在供方、需方、产业竞争者等方面面临“灰犀牛”冲击，生存和发展空间持续受压，但在供给侧改革、变革创新和转型的政策取向下也面临新的机遇。我们发现，如能在管理会计中导入战略管理思想，并将管理会计体系更直接导向市场和客户，使其有效链接贯穿企业“供产销研财”等全流程价值链环节，将能更高效支撑企业经营决策、提升多维核心能力、有效控制经营风险，并且有助于财务人员更好地成为企业价值创造的引领者、实践者和业务佳合作伙伴。

The only thing remains unchanged in today’s world is change itself. Businesses are confronted with ‘gray rhino’ shocks in supply side, demand side and market competitors amid changes in global competition, economic transformation, supply and demand unbalance and market fluctuations. This has posed ongoing pressure for them to stay in business and embrace development. That being said, new opportunities also emerge as a result of supply-side reform, transformative innovation and restructuring. Our findings suggest that we are better able to support business operations and decision-making, improve their core multi-dimensional capabilities and put operational risks under effective control if we can incorporate strategic management concepts into management accounting and make the management accounting system more market- and customer-oriented to link the whole value chain of “supply, production, marketing, research and finance”. This means financial professionals will be in a stronger position to serve as the pioneer, practitioner and best partner helping businesses create value.
 
IMA管理会计协会将与复旦大学管理学院联合举办高峰论坛，共同探讨管理会计领域面临的机遇与挑战，分析行业现状以及未来的发展趋势。此次论坛将通过多位资深行业专家的视角，从学术、人才培养、企业发展方向等多个维度透视管理会计所蕴含的价值。

IMA will co-host the Summit with FDSM, providing insights into the opportunities and challenges facing management accounting and presenting a detailed analysis of the industrial landscape and development momentum for today and tomorrow. As part of our efforts to showcase the value of management accounting, several senior industrial experts will be invited to attend the Summit, sharing their thoughts on academic research, talent building and direction for business growth.
 
复旦大学管理学院院长陆雄文将出席此次论坛并发表讲话。IMA管理会计师协会总裁兼首席执行官Jeffrey C. Thomson、复星国际执行董事、高级副总裁兼首席发展官CGO王灿将就管理会计所着力推动的“业财融合及企业发展”等话题发表主旨演讲。IMA管理会计师协会中国区首席代表、亚太区总监李刚也将在此次论坛中与广大与会者见面。

Mr. Lu Xiongwen, Dean of FDSM, will attend the Summit and deliver a speech. Mr. Jeffrey C. Thomson, President and CEO of IMA，and Mr. Robin Wang, Executive Director, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fosun International, will deliver keynote speeches on topics, such as “Business-Finance Integration and Business Development”, the center of focus for the management accounting profession at the moment. Mr. Li Gang, IMA Chief Representative, China and Director, Asia-Pacific will also join the attendees at the Summit.
 
论坛期间，IMA管理会计师协会还将与复旦大学管理学院签署战略合作框架协议，在联合培养具有跨学科领域高素质管理会计人才、促进财务及相关领域学术研究等方面密切合作，并将为鼓励管理会计人才发展设立奖学金。
 

IMA will enter into a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation with FDSM on the sidelines of the Summit as both sides agree to further partnership in developing high-quality and cross-discipline talents in management accounting and facilitating academic research in financial and relevant fields. A scholarship will also be set up to encourage talent development in the profession under the agreement.
